Hi Gaëlle, There isn't currently a way to import palettes into Workbench, but we do have a ticket for this as an added feature in our Issue Tracker. However, there are 25 palettes currently available in Workbench for you to choose from.
To change palettes: Go to the layer for which you want to change palettes in the Overlay Toolbox, click on the wrench icon in the same row as that layer. This takes you to the Overlay and Map Settings box that has a Palette tab. If it is not automatically selected, click on the Palette tab. Select other palettes using the dropdown under the Palette section header (only applies to the selected layer). The section below the dropdown allows you to change the parameters of the selected Palette. See "Overlay and Map Settings" in Workbench Help (click ? icon in upper right of Workbench window) for more info. What would be the easiest way to do it, please? One idea would be to import a new_lut.palette file from Caret but I can't figure out how to do it. Another idea would be to use an existing palette from WB and modify it but I can't find them so far... Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. -- Gaëlle. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
