Hi, Due to methodological constraints, I have to compute a mean correlation matrix from volumetric rsfMRI data based on the 116-region AAL atlas. Using the ICA-FIX cleaned volumetric data (rfMRI_REST1_LR_hp2000_clean.nii.gz) on 400+ subjects from the HCP database, this led to a mean correlation
