It is possible, first you need a cortical-only cifti file to use as a
template, if you don't have one, you can make one from the original ROI
files. The files are in the pipelines repo:

If you're interested in surface visualisation, Guillaume Flandin's gifti
toolbox for Matlab ( http://www.artefact.tk/software/matlab/gifti/ ) is an
alternative. That way you can create any colour palette you like (or choose
one of Matlab's ready-made options).

In preparing for an upcoming study, one of my collaborators has asked
whether the CONNECTOM scanners require any special statements in the
informed consent form. The reason behind this is that, from what we
understand, CONNECTOM scanners are not standard
Does any one knows how to add a custom colour palette in the connectome
workbench viewer?
