“functional session A” and “functional session B”. That is related to the
internals of how the data was collected at the scanner.

Hi Benjamin,
The participants were asked to perform a sequence (10 in a row) of ‘rhythmic’
taps, cued by the visual flashes. My suspicion is that occasionally the
subjects were anticipating the cue a bit too eagerly, getting ahead of the
pacing stimulus now and then.
Best wishes,
Dear professors:
If I want to rotate an area on the stand spherical surface so as to move each
point of the area to a new location the cortical surface without altering their
relative positions, what should I do?
Thanks and best wishes!

That is okay. FSL BBR is only used to initialize FreeSurfer BBR anyway.

Dear HCP experts,
In the behavioral TAB.txt of each participant's tfMRI folder, there is a column
named HCPID. In this column, each participant's ID number is followed by a
"_fnca" or "_fncb". Could you please tell what these fnca and fncb mean? Thank
you very much.
Best regards,
Xinyang
