Thank you for all of the insightful comments, this has been a huge help. I think we’ll stick with MSMSulc measures until we have a clearer idea of what data we’d need to confidently run MSMAll. I compared strain maps for MSMSulc and MSMAll and in general the values are more extreme for MSMAll.

Open a new terminal or do "rehash" in the existing one, and see if that works - shells have tricks to remember what executables are in what directories, so they don't have to search the filesystem every time they run something, and this cleverness can be tricked by changing things without telling
