Hello, thank you all for publishing this extensive set of image processing scripts. I've gotten the PreFreesufer and FreeSurfer scripts working, however in the PostFreesurferPipeline.sh there are references to a T1w_acpc_dc_restore, T2w_acpc_dc_restore as well as T1w_restore/T2w_restore and OriginalT1wImage, OriginalT2wImage. Could anyone explain how these differences would affect the way the script runs? My thought would be that the I should just use the same original T1w and T2w images, but I just want to be sure.
