Connectome Workbench v0.84 beta Released 


 

A new version of Connectome Workbench (WB) is now available at
http://humanconnectome.org/connectome/get-connectome-workbench.html

 

New features in WB v0.84 beta include:

 

1) Ability to read NIFTI-2 file format.

2) Improved volume visualization including:

.         Addition of oblique volume viewing. 

.         Fixed thresholding of volume slices in All view.

.         Ordering of volume slices from left to right, top to bottom and
addition of precision preference for viewing coordinates in volume slice
montage.

3) Improvements to the Features Toolbox GUI and ROI creation defaults.

4) Report a Workbench Bug option added to Help menu.

 

The current WB Tutorial & User Guide (released for v0.83 in August 2013) is
compatible with WB 0.84 beta and available on the same site for download.
HCP tutorial data is available for download on the ConnectomeDB splash page
(requires ConnectomeDB login).    

 

We encourage you to check out Connectome Workbench for visualizing and
performing analysis on imaging data from the HCP and elsewhere.
