Hi:
I am working with professor Angus MacDonald and Colin DeYoung (Psychology)
on the Human Connectome data. I am in particular interested in the data on
the delay discounting task, described as Self-regulation in the Barch et al
(NeuroImage 2013) survey paper.
I would like to have access, if
Hello,
I would like to retrieve the bbregister .dat file from the EPI to T1w
registration but don't know its exact path.

Hi Aldo,
The delay discounting trial response time data is available by request by
anyone who has signed the HCP Open Access data access terms. I can send these
to you off the list.

That will contain an incomplete EPI to T1w registration because we preregister
with FSLBBR. Why do you need this transform in this format?

Hi Matt,
I would like to transform the surfaces from native space to the EPI run, i.e.
to the head position of the subject during the rs-fMRI acquisition. My final
aim is to calculate surface orientations to the main B0 field and relate them
to the rs-fmri data, so I need to rotate the surface
The 6dof transform using the MNI template is only to get the orientation of
the structural images to be more predictable - we actually refer to the
result of this transform as "native volume space", because it is somewhat
more useful for our purposes than the scanner coordinates. It is based
only
This does seem worth reporting on the FreeSurfer list, as perhaps it is a
FreeSurfer bug. Perhaps it is related the the version of FreeSurfer and your
OS.
Peace,
Matt.

Hey everyone,
an update on this matter for those who might be interested:
I had a colleague come to the lab to take a look at the script, and when we
opened FreeSurferHiresWhite script, we noticed that, near the very
beginning, it defines the *reg* variable as
$mridir/transforms/hires21mm.dat
