Hey everyone, an update on this matter for those who might be interested: I had a colleague come to the lab to take a look at the script, and when we opened FreeSurferHiresWhite script, we noticed that, near the very beginning, it defines the *reg* variable as $mridir/transforms/hires21mm.dat
