Hi All, I would like to look at the *eddy *corrected diffusion images+bvecs, but before the realignment to the T1w. Is it possible somehow? Or maybe just the trafo file of b0 to T1w registration available somewhere? Cheers, Szabolcs ___ HCP-Users

Hi All, What was the order of the diffusion MRI data as an input for eddy? According to the 'HCP_S1200_Release_Appendix_I.pdf' p46., image the acq order was: 95 RL 95 LR 96 RL 96 LR 97 RL 97 LR Based on the eddy log files the input order should be something like this (the position of the b0
