Hi All,
I would like to look at the *eddy *corrected diffusion images+bvecs, but
before the realignment to the T1w. Is it possible somehow?
Or maybe just the trafo file of b0 to T1w registration available somewhere?

What was the order of the diffusion MRI data as an input for eddy?
According to the 'HCP_S1200_Release_Appendix_I.pdf' p46., image the acq
order was:
95 RL
95 LR
96 RL
96 LR
97 RL
97 LR
Based on the eddy log files the input order should be something like this
