The claustrum is currently not included in the grayordinates space because FreeSurfer does not automatically segment it in individual subjects. This will hopefully change in the future.

Is there a way to draw a mask in subcortical grayordinates in Connectome Workbench? Or, are there any other ways to do so with a better accuracy? Thank you. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org<mailto:HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
