Re: [HCP-Users] connectivity matrices
That might be better answered on the FSL list. Peace, Matt. We are doing brain structural network study based on HCP diffusion data and FSL. We want to acquire 90*90 and 1024*1024 ROI connectivity matrices of the whole brain, which is based on probabilistic tracing with the FSL probtrackx2 --network mode. However, our running always got killed probably due to the limitation memory of the CPU. Could you please suggest a way for us to finish the running? For example, do we need split the matrix with some commands like -rseed in probtrackx2? Or is there any other approaches? Any guidance would be very appreciated. Thanks! [HCP-Users] Connectivity matrices
Dear HCP Users, I have heard that there is a parcellated functional connectome available in the ConnectomeDB (“HCP500-PTN” (Parcellation+Timeseries+Netmats) but I'm unable to find it. ( http://humanconnectome.org/about/pressroom/project-news/beta-release-group-ica-maps-node-timeseries-network-matrices/ ). The website says: *Access the HCP 500 Subjects PTN Release data on the HCP website.* Download the dataset on the WU-Minn HCP 500 Subjects project page http://humanconnectome.org/about/pressroom/project-news/beta-release-group-ica-maps-node-timeseries-network-matrices/db.humanconnectome.org/data/projects/HCP_500 on ConnectomeDB https://db.humanconnectome.org/ under the *HCP500 Parcellation + Timeseries + Netmats (PTN)* heading. But once I login into the system I can't find the heading. Could someone help me to find this data? On the other hand, I'm interested with the connectivity matrices. If that matrices are not yet available in the HCP project, would it be possible to generate it with the available data and methods using the parcellated connectome? Thanks in advance, Best regards, Ester (Novice HCP user). ___ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
