 Release Note: The BookkeeperJournalManager implementation has been 
removed. Users are encouraged to use QuorumJournalManager instead.
   Status: Resolved  (was: Patch Available)

Looks like this was committed, so resolving the JIRA. I also added a release 
note, feel free to edit.
