I know there are some subject headings that consist of the name of a Biblical book, specifying a certain chapter and verses. Have you checked if there is such a heading for Deuteronomy 21:1-9? Or perhaps there is a subject heading for this particular ceremony. Hope this helps. -Stanley Nachamie

Thanks Stanley. What I did was use the name of the Biblical book, specifying the chapter and verse, along with the following two topical subject headings: 63004 $a Bible. $p Deuteronomy XXI, 1-9. JTS practice is to remove the O.T. 650 0 $a Scapegoat. even thoughthe book is really talking
