Since the first days of Hebrew in OCLC (June 2006 ?), someone (out of
OCLC) created this macro. The person does not know Hebrew and did it
by using transliteration tables and tables that compare different alphabets.
I tried the macro and after using it a couple of times I figured out

Final letters in Hebrew have been replaced with non-final letters.
I have found many records in recent weeks where there are no otiyot sofiyot,
where every sofit is replaced by an ordinary
initial or medial form of the letter.
I thought these secular libraries had merely
