Human resources ultimately represents the company . A pregnant employee should be wearing ppe when handling xylene. MSDS forms are accessible to all employees, just a click away on the computer. I can understand wanting to keep some things private until you are ready to communicate them, but

Hey all, so 2 things... A. Does anyone have anything saying that .75% (yes less than 1) is an acceptable exposure limit for a pregnant person and B. Does HR have the right to tell people that you are pregnant after you ask them questions (ie. Your manager, and all the way up??)
