We timed about 5 techs cutting multiple blocks (shaves/excisions) and made an
average from those times. Not everyone cuts at the same speed and technique
varies. An 'average' range is what our techs are expected to fall into.

The larger issues are how to track the number cut per hour. It's easy to
get a daily rate, but breaking it down to blocks/hour when techs are doing
multiple tasks makes it a bit more
