Demonstrasi yang dikatakan akan dianjurkan oleh Parti Keadilan menemui
kegagalan apabila pihak polis mengetatkan kawalan di sekitar Masjid
Negara
dan kawasan lain yang biasa dijadikan tempat perhimpunan.

Hundreds move towards mosque, dispersed by police
3pm, SAT: Hundreds of people moving towards the National Mosque from
Central
Market and KTM Railway Station were dispersed by the police. Most of
them
are now moving slowing away from the compound. In addition, those who
were
standing on the mosque's veranda were also ordered by the police to
either
leave or moved inside the building. There was a crowd of people building
outside Sogo shopping complex, about a few blocks away from the mosque.
Crowd growing inside National Mosque
2.45pm, SAT: The number of people inside the National Mosque has grown
to
about 300, while another 100 were seen standing on the building's
veranda.
Outside the mosque's compound, there were 30 uniformed police with
another
15 riot police armed with 3-foot-canes. A police helicopter was spotted
surveying the area and traffic in nearby roads was rather heavy.
However,
the number of people in the vicinity of the area was still normal.
100 orang di Masjid Negara selepas sembahyang
2:15pm, SAB: Lebih kurang 100 orang kelihatan menunggu di tingkat satu
Masjid Negara selepas sembahyang Zohor. Selain dari itu, tidak kelihatan
orang ramai berkumpul di mana-mana tempat berdekatan dengan Dataran
Merdeka
dan Masjid Negara.
Pasukan Polis siap sedia, tiada perkumpulan orang ramai
1.05pm, SAB: Dua jam sebelum perhimpunan '14 Hitam', wartawan
malaysiakini
di Kuala Lumpur melaporkan kehadiran anggota polis di tempat penting
sekitar
Dataran Merdeka. 16 buah truk polis and sebuah truk membawa meriam air
menunggu di Dataran Merdeka manakala 6 truk lagi menunggu di depan
Central
Market. Polis tanpa seragam dilihat bertugas di Central Market, Masjid
Jamek
and the Station LRT Masjid Jamek dan two pasukan polis membawa anjing
telah
bersedia disebelah bangunan KTM.
Heavy police presence, crowd normal
1.05pm, SAT: Two hours before the scheduled 'Black 14' gathering,
malaysiakini journalists on the ground reported heavy police presence in
three key areas near Merdeka Square. An unusual number of plainclothes
police were seen in Central Market, Masjid Jamek and the Masjid Jamek
LRT
station. However, the number of people in the area appeared normal. Six
police trucks and a water cannon vehicle were parked in front of Central
Market, while 16 police trucks and a water cannon vehicle were spotted
near
Dataran Merdeka.
