characters like: â, ç, õ, etc:
*NOT CODED*: "O João encontra-se de péssima saúde"
*CODED*: "O Jo\xE3\o encontra-se de p\xE9\ssima sa\xFA \de"

When I launch using the link
http://hl7api.sourceforge.net/hapi-testpanel/jnlp/launch.jnlp the Oracle Java
1.7 runtime starts but the app does not start and does not produce any errors.
I also downloaded the DMG and that would not start until I changed my security
settings to allow applications
