I am looking for a example that uses Terser to create a ECH E24 message. Is Terser the appropriate class for creating HL7 messages? I am stuck in the area of creating the groups EHC_E24_PSL_ITEM_INFO, EHC_E24_PAYER_ADJUSTMENT.
