I don't see that class in the 2.0 jars. However I do see it in the docs for 2.1

Unfortunately the short answer is that the classes you're looking for are
new to HAPI 2.1, which isn't released yet. The website documentation
accidentally got upgraded a few weeks ago and we expected to have HAPI 2.1
released by now.
My recommendation would be to download the HAPI 2.1-b
