No it doesn't.
And if you own hl2, you already own cs:s so money shouldn't be an issue in
this, unless you mean for a better net connection.

I am sure that it worth, but SSDK *REQUIRES* CSSOURCE and that is too
heavy. I don't have neither money nor willing to do that.
