I belive you would need a very proffesionaly developed/designed mod, which
has a strong trustworthy team who will continue to support it.
Any real details have been ziped up by the NDA valve had the teams sign.

I saw in Steam review that they are also speaking about Minerva.
Anyway, does Valve plan to extend this capability to the whole modding
community ?
