yup, it needs to be allowed to send as many updates as you're having
it calculate. Having the server calculate 100 updates a second isn't
going to help anything when you're only allowing clients to be sent 19
updates per second.

You need to use the new HL protocol switch, its not -hls anymore.
Run qstat on its own to see the list of switches, it may called steam or
source related query, I cant remember off hand what switch you need to use,
sorry.

The thing is, as things currently stand with the default miles codec is that
nobody can use it effectively.
At least with speex you would be satisfying 90%??? of you user base with a
codec that people can actually use and understand.
