I've tried this, but my players report that the game got stuck at mvm_coaltown,

Mine's are awfully slow too. From scratch install took 25 minutes to get to 5%,
so in like 12 hours i should be good xD. And 20% in 30 minutes for already
installed TF2 Server.
It was expected though.
