It was addressed to the person who said that, so unless Phillip Vector is your alter ego no it is not directed to you.

This issue has been addressed repeatedly already. Simply only allow people on official servers for the first 10 or so hours of gameplay.

Then after that, switch the default to community servers. People will know what a "vanilla" experience is like and can choose to switch the default back if they so choose.

If you are still paranoid about the experience, then you can start charging people a license or something in order to get listed in "casual" so if they abuse the system, so they can't just make a new account in 1 minute.

All of these issues are easily solved and just saying that Valve has no choice is encouraging them to be lazy.
