Dropping clients

Anyone know why I keep getting dropped when I connect to my server? I don't have HLTV running or any other mods running for that matter. No AM, Bots, or punkbuster. Just plain ol' HLDS. When I conect I get a "reliable channel overflowed" and get dropped. Any ideas? Eric? Kerry ___
