I'm surprised you'd never noticed those before. Those errors are sprays being uploaded to your server. If a new player connects and there is no record of his/her spray in the downloads folder, TF2 sends it and you get that message. It's nothing to worry about.

[hlds] Crashing CS:S server since update

Hey guys I run a few CS Source servers, all of them crashing randomly since the update. One of them runs mani, another runs nothing and only has the built-in maps and default mapcycle on it. Both crashing randomly since the last update. Anyone else experiencing this or know why? Thanks, Chris

Since this update, i've had stat. speaking, 1:285 crash rate. All of them were in Mani Mod servers, and of those 1/2 were crashes due to the servers using more than their share of resources, leading to them being killed by my magical process killer. Unfortunately my magical process killer
