Jason, all current Goldsource Engine based games do NOT work with DEP (Data executive prevention) enabled. However an older version of this steamworks beta does (didn't test the current one) Could you put an eye on DEP at the development? DEP should not lead to any problems for simple games.

Makes sense to me, IIRC CS:S is being ported to the newer source engine, so no need to make an incremental update, given it'll have those features soon enough anyway. Whereas CS 1.6 isn't gonna be updated massively engine wise, so they might as well bring a few bits up to date. /11pm drunk

It seems that when I'm disconnected, and then rejoins a server, CS crashes on motd. 2008/8/30 Kitteny Berk [EMAIL PROTECTED] Makes sense to me, IIRC CS:S is being ported to the newer source engine, so no need to make an incremental update, given it'll have those features soon enough anyway.
