Sounds exactly the same as what we were getting before the update that caused us to stop running it, so maybe its the same bug/issue? Hits 90%+ after several hours (empty or not), server still works etc, but its 90% cpu even when empty after a few hours.

Something that I've just thought about, does the hldsupdatetool have different exit codes? ie: if the update completes, it should exit with code 0, else with a code 0.. that could be useful for updates, ie make a batch file that loops the update until the exit code is 0... seeing as I'm getting no

I've been getting these crashes too, and it seems to be coming from physics.cpp in the PhysFrame function. The pointer physenv is NULL. At least that's according to the mini-dump files. I went ahead and put a modified version of the server dll (which we can do now since we got the HL2DM code,
