Actually, the pros use virtual audio cable.
But if you have an admin mod, you can just mute.

I would disable this plugin, and stalemate itself in your server cfgs.
This was causing crashes for use as well. Removed, and working with or
customized equipment manager no crashes. Don't believe me, sit on your
server till it gets close to stalemate, on every map.

It will always be best to have an admin to mute players. Maybe someone
also could make somekind of votemute function? I think that would be
great, because also, sometimes the mute function doesn't work
