Rising Storm 2: Vietnam server files are now updated. They can be
obtained via the SteamCMD tool using anonymous login and the following
AppID: 418480. Example batch script to grab the files below:
login anonymous
force_install_dir ./Vietnam
app_update 418480 validate
This updated brings with it several fixes including a fix for multiadmin
which should now be properly working. We suggest admins have servers
updated by tomorrow the 19th :)
