It can be hard for children and teens who are being bullied to get any relief. - Permanent: Most information that is stated online is both public and permanent unless specific action is taking to remove it. Having negative online items about oneself can lead to negative effects including difficulty getting work, getting into college and getting scholarships. - Hard to see: Teachers and parents may be unaware of much of the bullying that occurs online because it cannot be seen or heard. It is a form of public, online bullying that can lead to very serious outcomes with harsh language and images shared about a particular person. - Exclusion: This is the act of singling out a person and leaving him or her out of an online group or site. The group will then harass the person that has been left out of the group. - Outing: When a bully shares a person’s personal and private information, including images and video in some cases. A person has been ‘outed’ if that person’s information is widely available online. - Masquerading: This is where the bully creates a false identity to harass a person on an anonymous basis. The cyberbully may also impersonate another person so to send that person nasty messages in the other person’s name. - Fraping: When a person logs onto the victim’s social media accounts and pretends to be that person. Conduct does not need to be specifically sexual to be harassment, though. It may include the demeaning of a person because of his or her gender or sexual identity. For instance, sexual harassment may include the harassment of a person because girls are not ‘supposed’ to take engineering classes or be good in math. Or, girls should not play a specific sport. Another example is where a cell phone is used to abuse a person by saying she is a ‘whore,’ or sending out negative photographs of the student in a sexual manner. It also is common for the abuser to make an actual videotape of abuse that occurred in person, and then post that on social media for others to see. This leads to a high level of humiliation in the victim and has led to self harm in the worst instances. Oh, I really am a seperate person. As you can see by who is also included in this message. Valve is losing their provider of services. Because you criminals have engaged in criminal behavior on these lists. And as the client of simplelists.com, Valve is responsible for allowing a platform for tour criminal conduct. And this is not the first time. As I see going back through the Archives. There are a lot of victims of your cyberbullying/ cyberstalking. Which is grounds for termination of services for simplelists.com to terminate the contract with Valve software to provide these lists. I love how people still keep going. Knowing they are indicted, and about to be arrested. Only thinking of their own psychologically disturbed need to bully people online. And as mentioned. The archives are full of evidence of vALVE allowing this list to be used to engage in criminal Cyberbullying / cyberstalking. A lot of evidence. Got to go now. Got an appointment with the Courts. Re: [hlds] ;)
Different Types of Cyberbullying There are many types of cyberbullying that can eventually lead to criminal charges in the worst cases. If you or someone you know engages in these types of behaviors, a criminal charge is possible: - Harassment: The bully sends malicious and offensive messages to a person and does so many times. This is a form of cyberstalking in the worst cases, and involves constant threatening and rude messages. It can eventually lead to physical harassment. - Flaming: This activity is similar to harassment. The difference is that it is a fight that occurs online that is done via email, texts and chat. This is a very serious offense that some may think is entertaining but it can ruin another person’s reputation. Google generally will not forget anything that has been posted even if it is deleted so this is a very serious form of cyberbullying. - Trolling: This is the intentional act of getting a response online by using insults and bad language on social forums and social media sites. It is common for the troll to put down the victim and try to make the person angry and respond in kind. Note that some forms of cyberbullying also can be sexual harassment. Many states have enacted laws outlawing cyberstalking and cyber harassment. Also, many states are now enacting laws that explicitly outlaw cyberbullying. At least 44 states have some laws on cyberbullying. Re: [hlds] ;)
Cyberbullying has unique aspects that differentiate it from other types of bullying: - Persistent: Digital devices allow people to communicate all the time, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Re: [hlds] ;)
In some cases, cyberbullying actually can be considered a form of harassment. Intimidation or meanness that focus on your gender, sexual orientation, race or religion would be considered harassment. No matter if the bullying is done in person or via the Web, this type of nastiness qualifies as discrimination and is actually illegal in many states today. This means that law enforcement can get involved in extreme cases of cyberbullying, and bullies can face prosecution. No this lists purpose is not for release announcements. That is the HLDSAnnounce lists. I believe you might want to go re-evaluate your statement. As you failed to comprehend the purposes of this list. It is a dedicated server list for things concerning vALVE softwares products. And discussion of those products. As HLDS / HLDS linux is attached to the Steam platform. My clients comments, and thread was directly on topic for the function of these lists. As it will effect a majority of server owners when Valve Software is sued in World Court for Intellectual Property Theft. As your servers will not be receiving updates, and may in fact cease to function when this is done. Due to incompetence by certain owners of Valve Software. I do not need to respond further. However, understand this. You are all in the wrong here. Might want to consult with an Attorney, or Counsel. Most of you are just private players who set up your own servers. Some of you however, are also server leasing company owners. And as such tour companies can also be litigated against for Harassment. The rest of you who have responded with negative intent to harass. Can be criminally prosecuted, as well as civilly sued. And yes. Valve will probably have to shutdown while litigation is awaiting trial in World Court ( Hague, Netherlands ). The thread about the property theft as explained to me by my client. Is to make her friends, and others aware of the pending litigation so they can prepare to shift their servers to other games / platforms. So that they do not lose revenue / business during the litigation. -Stephanie International Legal Counsel On Sun, Nov 15, 2020, 22:30 程亮儒 wrote: > I realized I need to say something after seeing this reply. > > I subscribed to this list to catch the first hand server & TF updates, and > all that is what this list's purpose. > I do not wish to hear an individual and their "counsel" discussing legal > beef between them and the Valve coporation, in this very list. Good now I have a target list for prosecution of International Harassment. And no this isn't Stealth. But she is definitely one of my friends, and associates. I live in Switzerland. Stealth lives in the United States. However, your harassment on these lists is now documented. I suggest you go speak to your therapists. Before you wind up getting arrested. For an email list that you do not own. And harassing people on these lists. Would you like your FBI to visit you? Or Interpol? Because I can now make the argument of attempted CYBERBULLYING. -Stephanie International Legal Counsel On Sun, Nov 15, 2020, 21:42 Stephanie d'Arc wrote: > So I see some server admins & owners like to harass people on these lists. > > Just so you know. Legal Counsel. Is an Attorney who refuses to take the BAR EXAM. Not allowed to use the title Attorney. So we are Counsel. Not to be confused with Council. A body of people who make decisions. Not sure if you folks are aware; there seems to be several reports of random server crashes at the end of both pl_precipice_event_final and koth_slaughter_event. It appears to be related to a round-end event, but I'm not too sure, as I've only seen it happen on Casual servers. https://i.imgur.com/o8kQLKm.jpg On Thu, Oct 10, 2019 at 2:52 PM Eric Smith wrote: > We've released a mandatory update for TF2.
