I started upgrade on my client, and this happened to me .. so I went to
server and updated that while waiting on client .... it eventually
resolved...  I think then that's when you go into configuring the mic and
all, so maybe there is something after the survey ...  I don't remember
specifically if this was before or after the server response send ...  If
all else fails, I don't see any harm in running it again, and at that point
... go get a cup of coffee ... in Kansas City, and by the time you get
back, it will have completed ...
