Dear Valve and others, I want to talk about a major issue with the Steam
Master Servers. For a while now, the CS:GO server browser would only
display 1000 community servers in the server browser which is low
especially for a very large game. The only people to blame were the
CS:GO developers.
Finally, somebody made a mailing list post about this major issue.
Honestly, one special feature Valve had that many other gaming companies
didn’t, is that they had good support for community servers. With this
change to TF2, it completely destroyed that feature Valve appeared to
always have.
I already said this on the Reddit post, but I'll share it here as well.
I fully support this. The solutions/suggestions on the Reddit post would
make a majority of the TF2 players and server owners much more happy.
Thanks.

This is great to hear! Like Matthias said, this is one step in the right
direction.
Thanks.

gone since their communities died and they don't want to play on Valve
official servers where there is no actual community. It seems the new

Hey John, it's great to see another TF2 developer communicate on the
HLDS mailing list!
I have a suggestion for TF2. I've sent this suggestion to Eric three
times in the past six months resulting in no responses. Therefore, I'll
send it here as well.
Is there any way to remove the Valve
