that game ID, then make a new gameID for CSGO2, name it correctly. And make

Used to be 10 million in csgo
plus cs1.x and css communities
the entire combined gaming community is not happy with csgo2

An update to the update.

Emergency patching procedures activated.

The ship is going down in deed.
Sloppy & Amateurish. Poorly tested updates ( zero alpha / beta testing )
with last minute hotfixes.

Yup, nothing says SLOPPY & AMATEUR DEVELOPMENT like that.

Regarding this patch note:



* Fixed the Mann vs. Machine upgrade panel closing after receiving a 
matchmaking party invite



There are a couple of other things that can cause it to close as well, like a 
player joining/leaving the server. Are these also fixed or does it still happen?

Hi John,

I'm seeing failures-to-startup on my srcds instances with the new update,
and it looks it's due to some new/modified code in dedicated_srv.so that's
causing infinite recursion on attempts to open and write to the console
log, evidently terminating in a stack overflow.

I haven't had a chance to bindiff the binaries across versions just yet,
but an initial peek leads me to believe that the culprit is some new
warning code in CBaseFileSystem::OpenForWrite that wasn't there before.

Running srcds causes hundreds of lines of ">>> [srcds_path]/tf/console.log
- Open for write." to be written to the terminal before it ultimately
crashes.
