Updated resolution here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2745732 Basically, specify extension (.dll or .so as appropriate to platform) in the metamod.vdf file. Seems like something changed handling of that in CS:GO server. Does not seem to be necessary to that in the sourcemod.vdf
