I see reports from other users and other players that this is still an
on-going issue today.  However, my servers seem fine at the moment.

The only thing I did recent that I suspect had any influence on my why
servers seem fine currently the procedure from this post:

Don't know for how long that procedure grants immunity from Item Server
issues.  It might happen to mine again at any moment.
