[hlds_linux] Masterserver: Blacklisted for spoofing server information

Hello. Some of our IPs has been blacklisted in masterserver with this message "Blacklisted for spoofing server information". It's shared IPs used for servers of different clients and games on our gamehosting. Please, don't block all servers on one IP. And give more info how we can detect servers
