I found that adding the original horn parts to the choir/organ arrangement
of Brahms' "How Lovely Thy Dwelling Place" from the Requiem was very
effective.

Norman Dello Joio "The mystic trumpeter" (Whitman) SATB, horn, 1943 (sorry,
no keyboard part)
There are some others, but it might take some further digging. I was
convinced that Doug Hill had something that he wrote and recorded like this
but I can't find it (I did turn up his "Thought
Ooops - sorry, I didn't read the subject line too carefully - but if
you're looking for an encore piece for just horn and organ...

De Profundis by Gardiner Read, Canzone by Henk Badings
I have also used a piece called "Aria voor Orgel" by Flor Peeters. It's
actually the slow movement of his trumpet sonata written as an organ
solo piece. MANY years ago the organist at my home church, always
wanting to encourage young music
