Just bring your horn oil bottles w/ only a very small amount of oil in them.
I don't remember how much, but the airlines allow small amounts of liquids
... something like less than 2

All liquid containers through US airport security checkpoints must be in
3 oz
When he personally returned my horn at the end of the flight, he imparted
the following advice: Bribe the captain and crew with Starbucks. It'll
work: I guarantee it.
