While I can't say I'd particularly trust Google to make an *informed*
decision on buying insurance, I know a lot of folks who are very
satisfied with Clarion.

I've been putting off getting my horn insured. What kind of policies do any of you
have? Does it cover the horn wherever you go with it? What can I expect to pay
monthly?

I had it scheduled onto my home insurance policy. The insurance company required a
professional appraisal of the horn so they could specify a value in the policy and
decide how much to charge me. I think I pay an extra $40 per year for this. I have a

Separate polices on instruments tend to be a bit on the pricey side.

Hi Everyone,
Don't forget that if you're a member of AFM, you can obtain insurance
through them. Even though I'm an AFM member, I have my Alex's insured

I tried to cover mine through my homeowners, but because I use it for income,
it was considered a business expense, (not personal), and the rates were
astronomical.
Any ideas?
