The difference between Bing and the supplied NextView imagery for task #878
Missing Maps: Akobo, South Sudan is about 15 m in one of the task tiles.
Doesn't seem like there is a whole lot of pre-existing data. My past
observations are that we usually align to Bing. What should be done in

For the stuff I did I aligned it to Bing. There is already roads
traced in aligned to that as well as the river. Generally Bing is
very well aligned and the newer stuff agrees with GPS everywhere I
have seen so I trust that unless we don't have
