Not quite what I'm after. The City of Ottawa amended its Open Data license to be in line with the Canadian Treasury Board license and both licenses have been reviewed by the OSM legal working group and deemed acceptable. I think there is a UK Open Data license which is also acceptable. So we

Hi, I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but Townlands.ie is a website based off the current state of historic Irish administrative boundaries in OSM. It's just formatted differently from a map ;) I have heard that many people working in geneology and the Irish diaspora find it
