*Job Description:*
Candidate must have extensive experience with PeopleSoft application
development skills, and hands on database development skills with
experience with Oracle version 9i or higher. The PeopleSoft development
experience should include demonstrated hands-on project implementation
experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing the
following PeopleSoft products: PeopleTools (8.48 and above), PeopleCode,
App Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine and Component
Interfaces. Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of SQL and PL/SQL
is required.
Candidate must possess 4-7 years of experience in an IT Applications
environment, with assignments that included system support as well as new
system implementations and significant system enhancements. Candidate must
have demonstrated experience understanding and documenting current and
proposed business processes, and interacting with users as IT translates
business requirements into systems solutions. Candidate must have
experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should
have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical
expertise, and have experience working on specific activities and tasks are
mainly technical in nature, include:
Understand business requirements for customer service functions
and convert into system level technical design with in-depth understanding
of PeopleSoft CRM BORM (business object relationship model)
Develop solutions for complex multi-interface applications
using PeopleSoft Application Designer and other PeopleSoft delivered tools
like Application Engine, Application Packages and Integration Broker.
Should be strong in SQL/PL-SQL and managing Linux/Unix Servers.
Create test plans and coordinate testing within the team and
business group
Document ongoing system enhancements and any system issues, and
coordinate with client to fit these into future planned migration release.
Knowledge of Web development methodologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a
plus.
