Would be responsible for the planning of the roll-out process and sequence of new systems and platforms. Would be responsible for Source Code control which would include Creation and managing the code branches, merging the code base etc. Would be responsible to prepare engineering plans, instructions, mapped IT system diagrams and installation technical design packages. Must have strong project management or supervisory skills. He will be in charge of the deployment and connected IT staff, and he must supervise, review and evaluate their work product. Identifies deployment and management impacts to Incident Management to ensure that these are included into solutions for use by Tier 1/2 support on possible issues that may be experienced. Attends daily stand-ups, reports on deployment and asset management, and provides deployment and asset management guidance as needed. Reviews and provides guidance for deployment and asset management plans. Organizes and facilitates deployment and asset management retrospectives. Fosters transparency and feedback by raising deployment impediments and by presenting information using appropriate tools and techniques. Promotes continuous improvement. Ensures proper documentation of all processes.
