Kindly let me know if you are comfortable with the below mentioned job details: *Position:* *Sr. ServiceNow Consultant* *Location: **Tacoma, WA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Responsibilities:* · Lead all aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects · Provide leadership and direction for implementing client processes in the light of ITIL/ServiceNow best practices · Execute the project plans to meet deliverable expectations on time and on budget · Provide regular communications with client and project team throughout the project life cycle · Provide guidance to both AOS and client ServiceNow administrators throughout the project life cycle to ensure project success · Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences · Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow practice *Experience:* · Experience with ITSM Best Practices · Business Needs Analysis & Business Modeling skills, the ability to define the client’s requirements within the context of their business. Ability to assess the opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of a potential solution · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity including: · Decision-Making — Ability to use logical sound judgment and experience to determine the appropriate course of action based on scenario, procedures, and guidelines, for a given situation · Problem-Solving — Gather and use information needed to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations · Facilitation and Meeting Management — Guide the activities of an individual, group, or team toward a desired result or outcome.
