*SAP CRM  Consultant  - Technical *



·         Minimum 7 to 8 years’ experience in gathering and analyzing
requirements for SAP CRM applications.

·         Lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the
*technical* development
in one or more *SAP* implementation projects. Manage performance fine
tuning and adherence to development standards for the broader *SAP* program.

·         Experience with *SAP* *CRM* Service (Service Order Management)

·         Work collaboratively with project teams, the business, functional
analysts and developers to ensure the best *technical* solution to complex
programs.

·         Plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of RICEF objects
including Custom transactions, Integration primarily in *SAP* *CRM*
environment.

·         Handle teams of onshore and offshore developers - assign and
review allocated tasks working with the team manager based on project and
business needs

·         Develop and enforce development standards by performing code
reviews for development done by onsite and offshore developers

                 Experience with SAP CRM 5.2 / SAP CRM 7.0 Customer
Interaction Center, should

                 bring sound technical knowledge of CIC module.
