Leading and contributing to the development of a test case, test data, traceability matrix, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are met and documented. Communicates results to IT and key stakeholders. Tracks and verifies any required corrections and ensures completion. Assisting with support of performance testing needed displaying the competency to comprehend the relationship between the technical infrastructure and application layers to contribute to performance concerns analysis. Contributing functional and/or technical input to the resolution of inquiries from CSS about solutions within their area of specialization.
