must remain the default runtime or you risk breaking your Android
implementations and third-party applications.

Java Compiler Workflow and Internals (both of the Just-in-Time (JIT Dalvik)
of the Ahead-Of-Time (AOT ART) Compilers)
Understanding of the Intermediate Representations of AOT Compiler
Experience in Compiler Optimization
Experience w/ Compilers in production environment
15 years of experience
