To include: identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases. · Ability to lead and manage Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)/requirement gathering session, meetings and presentations. · Ability to consult on test strategy, development of test plans and test cases. · Strong aptitude to acquire an understanding of the PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC V7.X) methodology and the main features; frameworks and limitations. Leverage industry frameworks knowledge to consult and influence the client's direction. · Demonstrate good understanding of the project methodology (various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM) and capability to communicate and adapt its policies and procedures accordingly to clients, teammates and partners. · Good understanding of project scope change process control and ability to lead success change control plan. · Effectively manage individual workload and proactively communicate status updates to the EL for the project. · Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications · 9-10+ years of business experience with 5-7+ years performing leading functional design activities · Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with BPM (PEGA preferred) analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems. · BA/ BS Degree required.
